This is a registration form that guests need to fill to get a bed in a hostel.
This questionnaire was given to me when I was a backpack traveler in summer 2007.
Filing this form, I immediately felt it, intrusive.
Do we need to declare ourselves within labels?
Do we need all this information about people?
Do we need to declare the ethnic (race) group?
The only thing* we should declare is the human one.
I just went away with the spontaneous idea to make this form public as it is too bizarre to hide in my notebook.
